I think this is effective because....

• Narrative is very clear
• Good close up shots 
• Good use of cross cutting to show that he can see her but she can't see him
•  Range of shots 
• Good realistic shots to make it feel like we are seeing through the mans camera

I would give this video 38/60 for a C grade.
